Please be aware that our products are customized and manufactured based on market demand, which means that not all items are readily available. Once an item begins the printing process, it is produced exclusively for you.
If you have made a purchase but need to make changes or cancel your order, you must contact us via email at support@acc-biotech.net within 2 hours after placing the order. Please include the following information:
- Order number
- Details of the changes you would like to make, such as size, color, quantity, or shipping address.
- Please note that orders can only be canceled or modified within the first 2 hours of placing the order. After this time frame, the order is locked for processing and cannot be canceled.
It’s important to be aware that a management and transaction fee equivalent to 20% of your total order value will be applied for cancellations.

In the event that you have entered the incorrect shipping address, please contact us at support@acc-biotech.net with the correct information as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours after placing the order. If not, the order will be processed and shipped to the initially provided shipping address, and we will not be held responsible for any subsequent claims.
